We live in a hectic world and try to take on so much, carrying as much as we can on our shoulders. Our body and mind often become disconnected, and the body needs time to rest, recover and heal so the mind can feel balanced too. The stresses of everyday life have a huge impact on our overall wellbeing.
This is where Colon Hydrotherapy comes in — helping people gently cleanse the body, support gut function and restore a sense of balance. It encourages the body and mind to reconnect, supporting the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of those with gut disorders and digestive discomfort.
Our ethos is simple: we want to help people understand that it’s okay to be vulnerable, to slow down and to listen to their bodies. Our feelings are valid, and sometimes all we need is an extra helping hand to take a deep breath and let go.
We believe in finding natural, supportive ways to release stress from the body — whether it’s caused by processed food, alcohol, sugar, fat, medication, lack of sleep or a busy lifestyle. Our bodies take on so much, and they naturally work to eliminate what they no longer need. Colon Hydrotherapy supports this process by gently introducing water to the bowel, cleansing the gut and helping the body release what it’s been holding onto.
As qualified Colon Hydrotherapists, we are passionate about the benefits and relief this therapy can offer. We take pride in the care, comfort and healing we bring to our clients. Feel free to visit our About Us section to learn more about our journey and the ethos that guides our work with those experiencing digestive complaints.

Colonic Hydrotherapy flushes the colon with a large volume of water, sometimes along with other fluids such as coffee, wheatgrass or probiotics. I will carry out the procedure in my clinic, making sure every care is taken to ensure the customer feels safe and relaxed. By cleansing the bowel with fluids, we can clean the colon and bowel walls to clean out remaining stool waste and toxins.
The procedure will involve a brief rectal exam, whereby a speculum is inserted into the anus. The special medical tubes are then inserted with an inlet and outlet, which is attached to the speculum. The entire system is sealed so you do not need to worry about any odour or waste. Water is then introduced to the system which irrigates the bowel, sometimes upwards of 60 litres is used to make sure an effective cleaning is performed. The procedure also involves a gentle abdominal massage to remove any remaining waste and push out any gas pockets, leaving you feeling clean, healthy and regenerated.
If you have any further questions regarding my treatments, feel free to get in touch and I'd be happy to provide any advice or further clarification.
Enemas are a treatment whereby a small amount of fluid is introduced rectally to encourage the emptying of your bowel. This treatment is very useful for those who suffer with constipation, taking in different herbs, fluids, nutrients and vitamins to detoxify the bowel, colon and liver.
Enema Cleansing. This procedure is water-based. It includes holding the injection in the rectum for a short time to flush the colon thoroughly.
The procedure is water-based, much like a Colonic Hydrotherapy treatment. However, an enema is not a full cleanse as it only sits in the end of the anus - with the aim for the liquid infused with herbs to reach the liver. My treatment is facilitated by gently massaging upwards of the stomach, to try to help the liver take in the herbs.

The Kleansing Klinic offer a range of treatments, from single sessions to savings on multiple packages. I also offer enemas, with the addition of coffee, wheatgrass or probiotics should you require it. The procedures are all carried out by myself - a highly trained and qualified hydrotherapist - and I will guide you every step of the way and provide emotional support during the treatment should you need it.
I will also provide a consultation so see if you qualify to have the treatment performed, and to answer any queries you may have. Feel free to browse the price list of my treatments and see what I can do for you today.
