Personal care. Experience you can trust.
Discover colon hydrotherapy at KK Wellness, our family-run clinic in North West London.
Also known as colonic irrigation, this water-based procedure assists bowel emptying and can help relieve occasional constipation.
Whether you are booking your first colonic or returning for another visit, Tanya and Oksana offer personal attention in a calm, private setting.

Colon hydrotherapy, also called colonic irrigation or a colonic, uses warm, filtered water to assist the removal of stool from the large intestine — the colon.
At KK Wellness, we use a closed system. Water enters and leaves through separate tubing, allowing bowel contents to pass discreetly into the sealed system.
Your therapist stays with you throughout, explaining the process and checking your comfort. Gentle abdominal massage may also be used during the session.
Before beginning, we discuss your health history, answer your questions and check whether the procedure is suitable for you.
Busy days can make it easy to overlook hydration, eating habits and your toilet routine.
Looking after your digestive health begins with paying attention to these everyday habits and noticing changes in how your body feels.
At KK Wellness, we give you space to talk about your concerns and understand what colon hydrotherapy involves. If you are considering a colonic for occasional constipation, we can discuss suitability before you book.
Persistent or recurring symptoms need medical assessment, as a colonic does not address every cause of digestive discomfort.

It is natural to have questions before your first visit.
You may wonder what the procedure feels like, whether it will be embarrassing or how to prepare. We explain everything beforehand and respect your privacy throughout.
There is no pressure to proceed before you feel informed and ready. You can ask questions, request a pause or stop the session at any time.
Our aim is for you to feel listened to and supported.
Before the Session
We review your health history, discuss your reasons for visiting and explain the procedure. This is your opportunity to ask questions and talk through any concerns.
During the Session
You relax on the treatment couch while your therapist manages the closed system and monitors your comfort.
You may notice fullness, an urge to open your bowels or some cramping. Let your therapist know how you feel throughout.
After the Session
We discuss aftercare and answer any remaining questions before you leave. Your response can vary, and we do not promise the same result for every client.
