Terms and Conditions

Kleansing Klinic Limited, trading as KK Wellness, provides wellness services including colon hydrotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and pressotherapy.

A £40 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the price of your service.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, a £40 cancellation fee applies. If you have paid a deposit, it will be used towards this fee. If you have not paid a deposit, the £40 fee remains payable.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these booking and cancellation terms. Any statutory consumer cancellation rights that apply to your booking remain unaffected.
